Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem adopce. Nejprve je popsán systém adopce v České republice, poté ve zvolených státech - Rakousko, Švédsko, Austrálie a Velká Británie, což jsou odlišené typy sociálního státu. This bachelor’s thesis is about the adoption process. The system of adoption in the Czech republic as well as in some other countries like Austria, Sweden, Australia and Great Britain as different types of welfare states are described.
