Profit planning based on the variance analysis from the set standard

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavit plán ziskovosti ve výrobní společnosti na následující období na základě analýzy odchylek od stanoveného standardu. Dále zanalyzovat faktory ovlivňující vývoj zisku a navrhnout případná doporučení pro analyzovaný podnik, která by bylo možné implementovat a efektivně využít při sestavování plánu ziskovosti na následující období. Teoretická část je shrnutím z nejdůležitějších poznatků z oblasti metody standardních nákladů a analýzy odchylek. Nabyté poznatky společně s informacemi z interních dokumentů společnosti jsou využity v praktické části a aplikovány na stanovení výsledného standardu a k následné analýze odchylek, jejichž výsledkem je plán ziskovosti.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a profitability plan in a manufacturing company for the following period based on the variance analysis from the set standard. Further analyze the factors influencing the development of profit and propose eventual recommendations for the analyzed company, which would be possible to implement and effectively use during profitability plan developing for the upcoming period. The theoretical part is a summary of the most important findings in the field of standard costing and variance analysis. The acquired knowledge together with information from the company's internal documents are used in the practical part and applied to determine the new resulting standard and to the subsequent variance analysis, the result is the profitability plan.
