Tools of active employment policy in the Czech Republic and in selected EU countries
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce představuje Úřad práce ČR a nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti (APZ) v České republice, včetně jejich komparace s nástroji APZ ve vybraných zemích EU. Praktická část má formu kvantitativního výzkumu, v jehož rámci je zjišťována informovanost zaměstnavatelů o nástrojích APZ a dalších formách podpory v této oblasti. Práce ústí v závěry a doporučení autorky.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis presents the Employment Agency of the Czech Republic and active employment policy instruments (APZ) in the Czech Republic, including their comparison with APZ instruments in selected EU countries.
