Finanční řízení podniků ve vztahu k Průmyslu 4.0

Abstract:

V současné době nás čím dál více obklopuje digitalizace. Digitální transformace se našich životů dotýká více, než si myslíme. Stejně tak jako jedinci, i podniky chtějí být moderní a mít data ideálně v reálném čase. Tato práce si klade za cíl identifikovat připravenost teplárenských podniků na Průmysl 4.0 ve finančním řízení. Formou řízených rozhovorů jsou získány informace od dvanácti ekonomů teplárenských společností napříč Českou republikou. Ekonomové poskytují informace ohledně používání specializovaného softwaru pro finanční řízení v jejich společnostech. Dále se zamýšlejí nad činnostmi finančního řízení a ze svého pohledu uvádí, jaká činnost je pro digitalizaci prioritní. Důležité pro tuto práci je zjištění, zda vnímají Průmysl 4.0 jako hrozbu či příležitost. Aby výstupy z těchto rozhovorů byly aplikovatelné pro celé odvětví teplárenství, jsou na začátku práce provedeny úvodní analýzy třech vybraných teplárenských podniků. Tím je ověřena podobnost podniků v rámci tohoto průmyslu. Následně je analyzován jeden teplárenský podnik, jak z pohledu finanční analýzy podniku, tak i bankrotních a bonitních modelů. Přínosem provedených analýz jsou výstupy a doporučení společnosti Plzeňská teplárenská, a.s. Pro ostatní společnosti působící v teplárenském průmyslu jsou výstupy zajímavé z pohledu možnosti mezipodnikového srovnání. Přínos provedeného výzkumu je nejen splnění hlavního cíle této práce, ale i značným vodítkem pro manažery teplárenských podniků při zavádění Průmyslu 4.0 ve finančním řízení.

Abstract:

Nowadays, digitalization surrounds us more and more. Digital transformation affects our lives more than we realize. Just like individuals, businesses also strive to be modern and ideally have real-time data. This final paper aims to identify the readiness of heating enterprises for Industry 4.0 in financial management. Information is obtained through guided interviews with twelve economists working for heating industry companies across the Czech Republic. Economists provide information on the use of specialized financial management software in their companies. Additionally, they reflect on the activities of financial management and state which activities they prioritize for digitization. It is important for this final paper to find out whether they perceive Industry 4.0 as a threat or an opportunity. To apply the outputs from these interviews to the entire heating industry, preliminary analyses of three selected heating enterprises are carried out at the beginning of the study. This verifies the similarity of companies within the heating industry. Subsequently, one heating company is analysed from both the point of view of financial analysis of the company, as well as bankruptcy and creditworthiness models. The benefits of the performed analyses are the outputs and recommendations of Plzenska teplarenska, a.s. The outputs are also interesting for other companies operating in the heating industry, as they allow for inter-company comparison. The benefit of the conducted research is not only fulfilling the main goal of this final paper but also providing direction for managers of heating company plants in the implementation of Industry 4.0 in financial management.
