Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat vývoj sociální správy na našem území od druhé poloviny 19. století po konec 20. Století. Zmíněno je však i období předcházející vniku organizované sociální správy. Text je rozdělen do kapitol, kde každá z nich se zabývá určitým časovým obdobím a vzájemně na sebe navazují. Časové ohraničení těchto období je zpravidla spojeno s historickým milníkem. The goal of this thesis is to describe the development of social administration in the area of Czech Republic from the second half of the 19th century to the end of the 20th century.
