Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vztahu mezi stresem a kvalitou života. Teoretická část se věnuje definicí stresu, typům stresu, jeho historickému zkoumání. Je zde popsána problematika měření stresu i jeho příznaky. V druhé části teorie je popsána kvalita života, její teoretické vymezení a měření. In my thesis I focus on an issue of the relationship between stress and quality of life. The theoretical section is dedicated to a definition of the stress itself, type of stress and finally its historical investigation.
