Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřila na problematiku strategického řízení ve společnosti Globus ČR, která je součástí mezinárodní obchodní sítě hypermarketů s německými vlastníky. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo teoreticky zdůvodnit a na základě strategické analýzy společnosti definovat východiska projektového rámce aktualizace konkurenční strategie a posílení konkurenční výhody společnosti Globus ČR. Realistický strategický pohled na současný stav společnosti a její konkurenční sílu opravňuje názor, že strategickými cíli společnosti by měly být dlouhodobá prosperita, udržitelný růst, stabilita pozice a trhu a uvážlivá expanze.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of strategic management in Globus ČR, which is part of the international hypermarket business network with German owners. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to theoretically justify and based on the strategic analysis of the company to define the starting points of the project framework to update the competitive strategy and strengthen the competitive advantage of Globus ČR. A realistic strategic view of the current state of society and its competitive power justifies the view that the company's strategic goals should be long-term prosperity, sustainable growth, position and market stability and prudent expansion.
