Controlling as SME management tool in Industry 4.0

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitelností controllingu jako nástroje pro řízení podniku, které v současném hyperkonkurenčním prostředí musí inovovat nejmodernějšími technologiemi, za účelem zvýšení efektivnosti a stability. Hlavním cílem práce je navržení controllingového management systému s důrazem na využití technologií Průmyslu 4.0 pro zvýšení stability a konkurenceschopnosti MSP. Vedlejším cílem práce je definovat klíčové faktory rozhodující pro úspěšnou implementaci controllingového řízení. Pro splnění stanovených cílů byly provedeny analýzy finanční situace zkoumaného podniku z let 2017-2019 a stanoveny klíčové faktory pro hodnocení IFE a EFE matic. Získaná data rentabilit a skóre matic potvrzovala účinnost zavedeného systému. Na základě dat a vybrané metodologie vznikl ucelený a uchopitelný přehled, který může za pomoci technologií Průmyslu 4.0 sloužit jako nástroj pro udržení stability a zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti MSP. Navržený controllingový systém potvrzuje podstatu controllingu jako nástroje pro efektivní řízení podniku a zlepšování finanční stability. Při využití controllingového systému může podnik dosahovat vyšší výkonnosti, stability a získat tak konkurenční výhodu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the applicability of controlling as a tool for organizational management which must innovate with the latest technologies in order to increase efficiency and stability in the current hypercompetitive environment. The main goal of this work is to design a controlling management system with emphasis on the use of Industry 4.0 technologies to increase the stability and competitiveness of SMEs. The secondary goal of the thesis is to define the key factors critical for the successful implementation of controlling in management. In order to meet the stated goals, analyses of the financial situation of a selected company from the years 2017-2019 were performed and key factors for evaluation of the IFE and EFE matrix were determined. The obtained profitability data and matrix scores confirmed the effectiveness of the implemented system. Based on the data and selected methodology, a comprehensive and comprehensible overview was created, which can be used, with the help of Industry 4.0 technologies, to serve as a tool for maintaining stability and increasing the competitiveness of SMEs. The proposed controlling system confirms the significance of controlling as a tool for effective business management and improvement of financial stability. With the use of a controlling system, an organization can achieve higher performance, stability and thus gain a competitive advantage.
