Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá psychickou únavou a vyčerpáním u pomáhajících profesí, kdy cílem je informovat a shrnout teoretické poznatky problematiky psychické únavy, vyčerpání a syndromu burn-out, objasnit, jak se problém definuje a popisuje, vznik, vývoj a působící faktory, kdy budu vycházet a čerpat z internetových i knižních zdrojů. Bakalářská práce má teoretický charakter, kdy se postupně vysvětlí pojmy psychická jako únava, vyčerpání, syndrom burn-out a pomáhající profese. Bakalářská práce se také věnuje tematice učitelské profese, možnostmi diagnostiky, prevence a léčby.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is oriented towards psychological fatigue a exhaustion in helping professions, my aim is to inform and conclude theoretical pieces of information about psychological fatigue, exhaustion and syndrome burn-out, how the themes are defined and characterized, also the origin, evolution and influencing factors, where I will gather all information from the internet and literary resources. My interest in this theoretical bachelor thesis will also be oriented towards teaching profession, methods of diagnostics, prevention and treatment.
