Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou [1.1.1]propellanu ve vodném prostředí a jeho interakcemi s cucurbit[n]urilem. Literární část zahrnuje informace o syntéze, vlastnostech a reaktivitě jak [1.1.1]propellanu tak cucurbit[n]urilu. This thesis deals with preparation of [1.1.1]propellane in aqueous environment and with its interactions with cucurbit[n]uril. The theoretical part contains information about synthesis, properties, and reactivity of both [1.1.1]propellane and cucurbit[n]uril.
