Tato práce se zabývá obnovou a záchranou památkově chráněných nemovitých objektů, které jsou ve vlastnictví soukromých subjektů. Jejím cílem je představit výše zmíněnou problematiku a popsat kroky nutné k naplnění samotné záchrany a obnovy památek. This essay deals with the restoration and preservation of heritage-protected buildings that are owned by private entities. Its goal is to present the above-mentioned issue and describe the steps necessary to fulfill the actual preservation and restoration of monuments.
