Abstract:
V mé bakalářské práci se budu zabývat rozvojem a vzděláním manažerů s ohledem na metody myšlení. První část bakalářské práce se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům, které souvisejí s danou problematikou. Druhá část je zaměřena na dotazníkové šetření, které má za cíl odhalit nejefektivnější metody rozvoje s ohledem na metody myšlení.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I will deal with the development and education of managers with regard to the methods of thinking. The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge related to the given issue. The second part focuses on questionnaire surveys aimed at discovering the most powerful methods of development with regard to thought methods.
