Employee evaluation system analysis
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na vytvožení analýzy systému hodnocení zaměstnanců v bance. V práci jsou popsané metody, které jsou v bance využívané pro hodnocení pracovníků, je zde popsaný současný system hodnocení pracovníků, system řízení pracovního výkonu. Práce obsahuje návrh na změnu pro zvýšení efektivity systému hodnocení.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on drawn upon analysis of employee evaluation system in the organization. Diploma describes the methods that are used by the bank for the appraisal, there is described the current system of employee evaluation, system performance management. Diploma includes a proposal for an amendment to increase the efficiency of the evaluation system.
