Processing of Legal Texts
Abstract:
Práce nazvaná „Zpracování právních textů“ se zaměřuje na možnosti automatizovaného zpracování a analýzy vybraných českých právních předpisů. Předmětem analýzy je legisvakanční doba právních předpisů. Výstupem této analýzy je grafické znázornění vývoje legisvakanční doby v čase. Součástí práce je i charakteristika a struktura právní normy a její postavení v českém právním řádu.
Abstract:
This thesis entitled „Processing of Legal Texts“ focuses on possibilities of processing and analysis of selected czech Legal Texts. The subject of analysis is vacatio legis of legal texts. The output of this analysis is graphical representation of time development of vacatio legis. This thesis also contains characteristic and structure of legal text and its position in czech law.
