Kůže, jako největší orgán lidského těla, hraje klíčovou roli při ochraně organismu před vnějšími vlivy a regulaci vodních a teplotních podmínek. Proto je důležité porozumět látkám, které mohou narušit tuto ochrannou bariéru a vyvolat nežádoucí reakce.
