Diplomová práce primárně pojednává o právních úpravách kupní smlouvy v ABGB, Osnově 1937 a OZ 2012, které dále vzájemně porovnává. Nad to se práce pro úplný kontext zabývá i úpravou kupní smlouvy v dalších návrzích jako v Osnově 1931, Osnově 1946 a dalších. The Thesis primarily deals with the regulations of the Contract of Sale in the ABGB, Draft Civil Code 1937 and Czech Civil Code 2012 and compares these with each other. In addition, the Thesis for the context also deals with the modifications of the Contract of Sale in other proposals such as in Draft Civil Code 1931, Draft Civil Code 1946 and others.
