Tato diplomová práce se zabývá veřejnou správou z hlediska možné modernizace a efektivity správy. Zabývá se základními prvky organizačními a technologickými, které mají zásadní vliv na vývoj směrem k chytré správě. Mapuje strategie vlády ČR od přelomu tisíciletí a srovnává tyto cíle s realitou. This diploma thesis discusses potential modernization and efficiency of public administration. It deals with organizational and technological basics that strongly influence development of smart administration.
