Francouzské výpůjčky v angličtině: Tato práce se zabývá jednak historií francouzských výpůjček a to s orientací na dobu po Bitvě u Hastings, kdy angličtinu (v té době ještě staroanglčtinu) zasáhl příliv francouzských slov a jednak na analýzu vybraných textů z moderních zdrojů s cílem prozkoumat zastoupení slov francouzského původu.
