Tato práce se zabývá procesem odstranění stavby, která je kulturní památkou. V obecné rovině vymezuje právní úpravu problematiky, základní pojmy a vybrané zásady správního procesu. This thesis deals with procedure of removing immovable cultural monuments. The first part of the thesis specifies legislations regarding the topic, fundamental terms and selected legal principles of the administrative proceeding.
