Tato práce se zabývá tématem zajišťování věcí důležitých pro trestní řízení. Aby práce podala komplexní a ucelený pohled na danou problematiku, je zde nejprve charakterizováno trestní řízení jako celek s důrazem na přípravné řízení. This thesis deals with the topic of seizure of items in the criminal proceedings. In order for the thesis to provide a complex and comprehensive view of the issue, first of all the criminal procedure is characterized as a whole with an emphasis on pre-trial proceedings.
