Cultural and economic possibilities of using the brownfield Keramické závody Třemošná

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit, ukázat a navrhnout kulturní a ekonomické možnosti využití brownfieldu Keramické závody Třemošná. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku brownfields na úrovni České republiky, detailněji popisuje průmyslové brownfields a možnosti jejich revitalizace. Praktická část popisuje průmyslovou historii regionu severního Plzeňska a poskytuje ucelený pohled na Keramické závody Třemošná. Analyzuje současnou situaci závodů a přináší možnosti jejich budoucího využití pro kulturní, městské či společenské účely. V poslední části práce je navržen autorský návrh budoucího využití celého areálu. Pro zpracování práce jsou použity rozhovory s aktéry revitalizace areálu, odborné zdroje z literatury a dostupná data v rámci problematiky. Ze získaných informací je v závěru práce provedena rekapitulace, a formulovány splněné cíle i budoucí postup vztahující se k ekonomických a kulturním možnostem využití Keramického závodu Třemošná.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate, show and suggest cultural and economic possibilities of using the brownfield Keramické závody Třemošná. The theoretical part focuses on the issue of brownfields at the level of the Czech Republic, describes in details industrial brownfields and describes the possibilities of their revitalization. The practical part describes the industrial history of the region of northern Pilsen and provides a comprehensive view of the Keramické závody Třemošná. It brings analyzed current situation of the brownfield and brings the possibilities of their future use for cultural, urban, or social purposes. In the last part of the work, an author's proposal for the future use of the entire area is proposed. Interviews with the actors of the revitalization of the area, professional sources from the literature and available data within the issue are used for the elaboration of the work. At the end of the work, a recapitulation is made from the obtained information, and the fulfilled goals and future procedure related to the economic and cultural possibilities of using the Keramické závody Třemošná are formulated.
