The Educational Programme - How to Make Museum More Attractive

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou edukačního programu pro Severočeské muzeum v Liberci. Úkolem této práce bylo navrhnout, zrealizovat a následně zhodnotit celý program. Součástí hodnocení neboli evaluace bylo také porovnání efektivity dvou druhů prohlídek, ze kterých byl celkový program složen. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy týkajících se tématu této práce, např. edukace, muzejní edukace, mimoškolní edukace atd. Praktická část se pak dále zaměřuje na popis celého programu a také celkové vyhodnocení výsledků. V závěru práce jsou vloženy materiály k programu a fotodokumentace.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis addresses creation of an educational program for the North Bohemian Museum in Liberec. The aim of this thesis was to design, implement and subsequently evaluate the entire program. Part of the evaluation was also a comparison of effectiveness of two types of guided tours from which the program comprises. This thesis is separated into two parts ? theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains terms regarding the topic of this thesis, e.g. education, museum education, extracurricular education, etc. The practical part then focuses on a description of the entire program as well as on evaluation of the overall results. Program materials and photo documentation are enclosed in the end of the thesis.
