Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá Probační a mediační službou. V první části se nejprve věnuje základním pojmům, které je potřeba vymezit pro lepší pochopení celého tématu. Následující část je zaměřena na charakteristiku Probační a mediační služby. V další části jsou vysvětleny pojmy probace a mediace včetně dalších důležitých informací. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje druhy alternativních trestů, které jsou v České republice uplatňovány. Poslední část práce analyzuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření v oblasti vědomostí a informovanosti široké veřejnosti. Cílem práce je osvětlit pojmy restorativní justice, probace a mediace, alternativní tresty, dále seznámit a popsat Probační a mediační službu. Vytyčeným cílem je však také dotazníkový průzkum zaměřený na mínění široké veřejnosti v oblasti činnosti a fungování této organizace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the Probation and Mediation Service. The first part deals with the basic concepts that need to be defined to better understand the whole topic. The following part focuses on the characteristics of the Probation and Mediation Service. The next section explains the concepts of probation and mediation, including other important information. The fourth chapter contains the types of alternative punishments that are applied in the Czech Republic. The last part of the thesis analyzes the results of a questionnaire survey in the field of knowledge and awareness of the general public. The aim of the work is to shed light on the concepts of restorative justice, probation and mediation, alternative punishments, to describe further the Probation and Mediation Service. However, the set goal is also a questionnaire survey focused on the opinion of the general public in the field of activities and functioning of this organization.
