Abstract:

Předkládaná práce se zabývá fenoménem multikulturní výchovy na základní škole a pohlíží na něj v souvislosti vlivu na formování postojů žáků k odlišné etnicitě a kultuře. Představuje pojmy postoje a předsudky včetně pohledu na jejich vznik a vývoj. Fenomén multikulturní výchovy ukotvuje v kontextu základního vzdělávání v České republice a popisuje vzdělávací aktivity nestátních neziskových organizací v oblasti multikulturní výchovy působících v Brně. Závěry práce nabídnou pohled na realizaci multikulturní výchovy a na faktory, které vstupují do procesu práce s postoji žáků na škole.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the phenomenon of multicultural education in primary school and it looks at this in connection with influence on the forming of the pupils’ attitudes of different ethnicity and culture. It represents the concept of attitudes and prejudices including the point of view of their origin and development. The phenomenon of multicultural education is anchored in the context of basic education in the Czech Republic and describes the educational activities of the non-governmental organizations of multicultural education in Brno. Conclusions of the thesis will provide insight into the realization of multicultural education and the factors entering the process of working with pupils’ attitudes at school.
