Customer service provided to guests on river cruises

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the customer approach to guests on the rivership. The aim of the final work was to provide an analysis of the customer access to guests on the river boat with a view to increasing its competitiveness and specify opportunities for change and ways to to achieve these opportunities. Theoretical background of the final. The work descriptions define the concept of tourism, cruise ships and shipping tours. In this context, they characterize the roles of hospitality facilities, organizational structure and marketing of hospitality services equipment on cruise ships. The work clarifies the specifics marketing mix in tourism, where he deals with conceptual definition of marketing services, product strategy, pricing product or service policy and presentation. Conclusion of theoretical the SWOT analysis of the cruise ship and management are closer to the starting points quality of service. The analytical part of the work examines through quantitative research opinions of guests of the cruise ship Viking Modi. Cruises on the work of ship management, on the quality of services it provides restaurant and bar service, for customer access to guests and for quality of realized excursions.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá zákazníckym prístupom k hosťom na riečnej lodi. Cieľom práce je analyzovať zákaznícky prístup k hosťom na riečnej lodi so zámerom zvyšovania jeho konkurencieschopnosti, špecifikovať príleţitosti na zmenu a navrhnúť opatrenia, ktorými tieto príleţitosti dosiahnuť. Teoretické východiská záverečnej práce vymedzujú pojem cestovný ruch, výletné lode a lodné zájazdy. V danej súvislosti charakterizujú úlohy pohostinských zariadení, organizačnú štruktúru a marketing sluţieb pohostinských zariadení na výletných riečnych lodiach. Práca objasňuje špecifiká marketingového mixu v cestovnom ruchu, kde sa venuje pojmovému vymedzeniu marketingových sluţieb, produktovej stratégií, cenovej politike a prezentácie výrobku alebo sluţby. Záver teoretických východísk bliţšie pribliţuje SWOT analýzu výletnej lode a riadenie kvality sluţieb. Analytická časť práce skúma prostredníctvom kvantitatívneho výskumu, názory hostí výletnej riečnej lode Viking River Modi na prácu lodného manaţmentu, na kvalitu sluţieb, ktoré poskytuje reštauračný a barový servis, na zákaznícky prístup k hosťom a na kvalitu realizovaných exkurzií.
