Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Politika zaměstnanosti v ČR a ve Francii“ je analýza hlavních směrů a nástrojů politiky zaměstnanosti v obou zemích, popis jejich současného vývoje a zhodnocení změn provedených v souvislosti s ekonomickou krizí. První kapitola obsahuje definici politiky zaměstnanosti a následné srovnání aktérů, legislativy, hlavních směrů a nástrojů politiky zaměstnanosti v ČR a ve Francii. Druhá a třetí kapitola shrnují vývoj politiky zaměstnanosti v obou zemích v období před světovou hospodářskou krizí a po ní. Obsahem poslední kapitoly je analýza nástrojů rozhodujících v období krize, zhodnocení politiky zaměstnanosti v ČR a ve Francii s ohledem na aktuální vývoj a doporučení pro jednotlivé země.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis "Employment policy in the Czech republic and France" focuses on an analysis of the main tendency and instruments of employment policy in both countries, a description of the current developments and an evaluation of changes in the context of the economic crisis. The first chapter contains a definition of the employment policy and a comparison of its actors, legislation, guidelines and instruments in our country and in France. The second and the third part include the development of employment policy in the period before and after the world economic crisis. The subject of the last chapter is an analysis of the relevant instruments in the period of crisis, an evaluation of the employment policy in both countries view to current developments and the recommendations to the countries.
