This master's thesis focuses on the example of industrialization of one town in the Under Ore Mountains (Unter-Erzgebirge / Podkrušnohoří) environment on the example of the town of Carlsbad (Karlovy Vary) as a micro-region and a centre not only of economic, but especially of spa.
