Abstract:
Teoretická část práce obsahuje souhrn zásad uplatňovaných v obchodní korespondenci, specifikuje jednotlivé komunikační kanály a vývoj obchodní korespondence se zaměřením na stížnosti a reklamace. Praktická část zahrnuje srovnávací analýzu shromážděné české a anglické korespondence obsahující stížnosti a reklamace s přihlédnutím k výběru komunikačního kanálu a účelnosti korespondence.
