Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou brownfields. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rozvoj území, vysvětluje základní pojmy a přináší informace o procesu revitalizace brownfieldů. Praktická část práce se zabývá konkrétním brownfieldem, kterým je bývalý průmyslový objekt v České Kamenici a jeho možnou revitalizací.
Abstract:
The Diploma Thesis deals with the problems of brownfields. The Thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the area development, it explains the basic ideas and brings information about the process of revitalisation of brownfields.
