Sekvenační data jsou dnes široce využívaná jak ve výzkumu, tak v diagnostice. V rámci této diplomové práce byla vytvořena sada skriptů, která slouží k detekci pohlavně vázaných genů na základě klasické segregační analýzy s využitím sekvenačních dat nové generace. Sequencing data are extensively used nowadays in both research and diagnostics. In this diploma thesis a new pipeline has been established that is capable of discovering new sex-linked genes based on classical segregation analysis, using next-generation sequencing data.
