Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je kritické srovnání dřívějších podob organizace správního soudnictví na českém území s podobou současnou. Práce předestírá vývoj správního soudnictví v tzv. užším smyslu, zejména vývoj Nejvyššího správního soudu.
