Práce se zaměřuje na motivaci a odpovědnost propuštěných ve vztahu k páchání trestné činnosti a upuštění od ní. Motivace pachatele ke změně, resp. k upuštění od kriminálního stylu života, je nezbyt-ným předpokladem úspěšné reintegrace. This paper fouses on the motivation and responsibility related to crime and desistance. Motivation to change is necessary for the successful reintegration. Some risk factors can inhibit this motivation andcan also strengten the motivation to crime. In relation to motivation offenders may offer some other ex-planations of their acting.
