Administrative procedure as an activity of Land registry

Abstract:

Cílem předkládané diplomové práce je analýza činnosti Katastrálního úřadu pro Středočeský kraj. Tato práce je zaměřena na správní řízení konané v Katastru nemovitostí. Týká se vkladového řízení, vydání rozhodnutí v rámci oprav chyb, dále námitek k obnovenému katastrálnímu operátu a také přestupkového řízení při porušení pořádku na úseku Katastru nemovitostí. Praktická část práce analyzuje Katastrální úřad pro Středočeský kraj na základě dostupných dat, která si kaţdé katastrální pracoviště vede. Tato část se zabývá zejména hypotézami a statistikami u výše uvedených činností, které jsou rozebrány podrobně v teoretické části diplomové práce.

Abstract:

The target of this thesis is to analyze the activities of the Land Registry Office for the Central Region. The work is focused on the administrative proceedings held in the Land Registry. It concerned in the deposit procedure, the decision of the error correction, as well as opposition to renewed cadastral operato offense and control the disorder in the area of Land Registry. The practical part of this thesis analyzes cadastral office in the Central Region based on available data, which each land registry office is kept. It deals mainly with the hypotheses, and statistics for the above-mentioned activities, which are discussed in detail in the theoretical part of the thesis.
