Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané české výrobní společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. První, teoretická část popisuje dosavadní poznatky o motivaci, jejich typech a způsobech odměňování zaměstnanců. Druhá, praktická část se věnuje analýze systému motivace a odměňování ve firmě.
