Management of personal development of employees in SMEs
Abstract:
Kvalita lidských zdrojů je pro úspěšnost jakékoli společnosti naprosto klíčová. V dnešním dynamickém tržním prostředí je vzdělávání a osobní rozvoj zaměstnanců důležitou konkurenční výhodou. Na základě výstupů analytické části jsou navrženy konkrétní postupy pro řízení procesu osobního rozvoje zaměstnanců ve firmě.
Abstract:
The quality of human resources is absolutely crucial for the success of any company. In today's dynamic market environment, education and personal development of employees gives an important competitive advantage. Specific procedures for managing the process of personal development of employees in a particular company are suggested based on the results of the analytical part.
