Cílem práce bylo analyzovat problematiku pracovního uplatnění osob se zdravotním znevýhodněním. Na základě provedené analýzy zhodnotit možnosti jejich pracovního uplatnění s využitím rekvalifikací, poradenských a motivačních programů. Aspiration of this work is to analyse questions of employment exercise. Exercise is focused on handicapped persons. On the basis of analyse the possibilities of employment exercise were evaulated. For the purpose were used reskilling, motivation and counseling programs.
