Application methods decision analysis on strategic decision making
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je výběr optimálního rozhodnutí za využití metod rozhodovací analýzy. V první části této práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky a popsány metody rozhodování za rizika. V druhé části jsou tyto poznatky aplikovány na rozhodovací problém za účelem získání informací k učinění optimálního rozhodnutí.
Abstract:
The goal of this diploma thesis is selection of the optimal decision for the use of decision analysis methods. The first part of this thesis summarizes theoretical knowledge and describes decision making methods for a risk. In the second part is this knowledge applied onto decision problem for getting information to make optimal decision.
