Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá kompletním požárně bezpečnostním řešením novostavby hotelu s restaurací. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to teoreticko-metodologickou a aplikační část. V teoreticko-metodologické části se diplomová práce zabývá teoretickou částí požární bezpečnosti. Jsou zde nastíněny pojmy a definice potřebné pro další řešení v aplikační části. Stejně tak zde nalezneme výňatky ze zákonů a vyhlášek dle kterých je potřeba postupovat při řešení požární bezpečnosti. V krátkosti je zde nastíněn také vývoj požární ochrany a nejtragičtější požáry v historii České republiky a ve světě. V aplikační části se diplomová práce zaměřuje na popis řešeného objektu, jeho pozemku a okolí. Dále je objekt podroben kritice z hlediska dispozičního řešení. Jsou zde nastíněny potřebné změny v dispozici a materiálech, aby budova vyhovovala všem požadavkům na požární odolnost. V závěru aplikační části jsou shrnuty výsledky, které vycházejí z požárních výpočtů a zásad.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with a complete fire safety solution for a new building of a hotel with a restaurant. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical-methodological part and the application part. In the theoretical-methodological part, the thesis deals with the theoretical part of fire safety. Concepts and definitions needed for further solutions in the application section are outlined here. In the same way, we can find excerpts from the laws here and we declare that it is necessary to proceed according to the solution of fire safety. The development of fire protection and the most tragic fires in the history of the Czech Republic and in the world are also briefly outlined here. In the application part, the diploma thesis focuses on the description of the proposed object, its land and surroundings. Furthermore, the object is subject to criticism from the point of view of layout. The necessary changes to the availability and materials are outlined here to make the building compliant with all apartments for fire resistance. At the end of the application part, the results based on fire calculations and principles are summarized.
