Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání nezaměstnaných osob se zdravotním postižením v kontextu uplatnění na trhu práce v mikroregionu Uničovska. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část práce je kompilací poznatků ze současné literatury. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku a klasifikaci tělesného postižení, osoby se zdravotním postižením a zdravotně znevýhodněné osoby. První kapitola je věnována definování a vymezení pojmů zdravotní postižení, osoba se zdravotním postižením, osoba se zdravotním znevýhodněním a invalidita. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na sociální práci, sociální fungování a specifické potřeby u nezaměstnaných osob se zdravotním postižením v souvislosti s uplatněním na trhu práce. V posledních dvou podkapitolách se zaměřím na význam práce pro osoby se zdravotním postižením a nezaměstnanost. Třetí kapitola je věnována popisu projektu Národní rady pro osoby se zdravotním postižením České republiky - Job klub, s rekvalifikací zpět do práce. Výzkumná část práce je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum a jeho metodologii. Ve výzkumu je použit polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Hlavním cílem práce, je popsat specifické potřeby, limity a potenciál nezaměstnaných osob se zdravotním postižením v kontextu uplatnění na trhu práce v mikroregionu Uničovska.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis deals with the employment of unemployed persons with disabilities in the context of the labor market in the microregion Uničovska. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is a compilation of knowledge from contemporary literature. The theoretical part is focused on the characterization and classification of physical disability, persons with disabilities and people with disabilities. The first chapter is devoted to defining and defining the concepts of disability, a person with disabilities, a person with disabilities and disability. The second chapter is focused on social work, social functioning and specific needs of unemployed people with disabilities in connection with the labor market application. In the last two subchapters, I will focus on the importance of work for people with disabilities and unemployment. The third chapter is devoted to the description of the project of the National Council for Persons with Disabilities of the Czech Republic - Job Club, with retraining back to work. The research part is focused on qualitative research and its methodology. The research uses a semi-structured interview. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the specific needs, limits and potential of unemployed persons with disabilities in the context of their employment in the microregion Uničovska.
