The process of loss adjusting at motor vehicles

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce na téma „Proces likvidace škod na motorových vozidlech“je charakterizovat proces likvidace pojistných událostí v rámci pojištění motorovýchvozidel. První část práce vymezuje specifika procesu likvidace škod z pohledulikvidátora a mobilního technika. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřenana ukázky z prohlídek škod s využitím moderních technologií. Závěrečná částpráce se zabývá návrhy na zlepšení procesu v oblasti likvidace škod na motorovýchvozidlech s ohledem na další předpokládaný vývoj v tomto odvětví pojištění.

Abstract:

The subject of bachelor’s thesis is the process of loss adjusting at motor vehicles.The main aim of this thesis is to describe the process of liquidation of insuredevent as a part of insurance of motor vehicles. First part of the thesis defines specificationsof the loss adjusting process on the view of loss adjuster and mobile technicianthemself. The practical part is focused on examples of damages with use ofmodern technologies. The final part is concentrated no proposal of process improvementin area of loss adjusting on motor vehicles with orientation to future developementin this line of insurance.
