Cyklin-dependentní kinázy jsou skupinou serin/threonin kináz, které se podílejí na různých buněčných procesech včetně regulace buněčného cyklu a transkripce. Na jejich enzymatickou aktivitu potřebují samostatnou regulační podjednotku zvanou cyklin. Abstract:
Cyclin-dependent kinases are a family of serine/threonine kinases that fulfil various cellular functions including regulation of cell cycle and transcription. For their enzymatic activity, they need a separate regulatory subunit called cyclin. CDK12 belongs to transcriptional CDKs and in complex with cyclin K regulates gene expression.
