Internal Communication of Chosen Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou způsobu interní komunikace mezinárodní vý-robní společnosti. Teoretická část vymezuje teoretická a praktická východiska, náměty a metody v oblasti interní komunikace pro následnou analýzu. Vzhledem k mezinárodnímu profilu firmy se teoretická část práce věnuje také interkulturní komunikaci. Praktická část průzkumem vyhodnocuje fungující komunikační kanály z pohledu zaměstnanců firmy a jejich pohled na interkulturní prostředí. Cílem průzkumu bude zjistit, jak jsou s jednotlivými komunikačními kanály zaměstnanci spokojeni, zda jim nechybí některé informace nebo do jaké míry splňují jejich očekávání. Součástí práce bude předložení návrhů doporučení managementu analyzované firmy k posílení silných stránek a k eliminaci případných slabých stránek interní komunikace v organizaci.

Abstract:

This thesis analyzes the methods of internal communication in international pro-duction company. The theoretical part defines the theoretical and practical background, ideas and methods of internal communication for subsequent analysis. Given the international profile of the company, the theoretical part of the work also focuses on intercultural communication. Practical part evaluates the communication channels from the perspective of employees and their view to intercultural working environment. The aim of a survey will to determine how employees appraise channels and if they miss some of the information or the extent to meet their expectations. The work will also submit recommendations for management of the company to strengthen the strong points and eliminate weak points in internal communication in an organization.
