Abstract:
Modrozelená vláknitá sinice Spirulina je objektem řady studií více než 50 let. Na počátku výzkumu vesmírných programů řada vědců považovala Spirulinu za “Potravinu budoucnosti”, a to nejen díky svému unikátnímu složení, ale také z hlediska získání obrovského množství biomasy. Microalgae Spirulina is the subject of many studies during more that 50 years. At the beginning of space program research, many different scientists considered the Spirulina as “Food of the future” and “Space food”.
