Creating of competence model

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou tvorby kompetenčních modelů a jejich uplatnění v oblasti rozvoje pracovníků. Cílem práce je vytvořit kompetenční model pro pozici Vedoucí výroby v podniku SRP s.r.o. a následně navrhnout doporučení pro jeho uplatnění při rozvoji pracovníka. První část textu obsahuje základní teoretické poznatky týkající se kompetencí, postupu při jejich identifikaci a následné tvorby kompetenčních modelů. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje uplatnění kompetenčního modelu v oblasti rozvoje podniku a vzdělávání pracovníků. Druhá, praktická část popisuje podnik SRP s.r.o. a zabývá se tvorbou kompetenčního modelu pro pozici Vedoucí výroby, měřením současné úrovně jeho kompetencí a návrhem uplatnění kompetenčního modelu při rozvoji pracovníka na úrovni podniku.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis adresses the issue of creation of a competence models and their use in the area of employees’ development. The main goal of this thesis is to create a competence model for the position of Production manager of SRP enterprise and furthermore to propose certain recommendations and how to apply them in the area of personal development. The first part of the thesis describes basic theoretical knowledge about competences, the way of their identification and the creation of competence models. The conclusion of the theoretical part highlights the usage of competence model in the areas of personal development and education of employees. The second, practical practical part, describes SRP enterprise and deals with the creation of competence model for the position of Production manager, the evaluation of the current level of competences and the designing of the usage of a draft of competence model at the enterprise in personal development.
