Abstract:
Diplomová práce v souhrnu představuje charakteristiku Národního fondu, tedy jeho vznik, vývoj, funkce a poslání v právním prostředí a zároveň jeho realizaci v rámci struktury Ministerstva financí ČR. Zároveň práce poukazuje na vývoj Národního fondu do současnosti i na případné budoucí změny. This thesis presents a characteristic of the National fund, i.e. origin, development, function and mission in legal environment as well as it´s implementation within the structure of Ministery of Finance. At the same time the study points out the development of the National Fund and it´s possible future changes.
