Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá životem olomouckého biskupa Dětřicha, který převzal úřad po Brunovi ze Schaumburka roku 1281. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. První pojednává o životě Dětřicha před jeho investiturou, řeší problematiku volby do čela olomoucké diecéze v době interregna. Následuje líčení samotného episkopátu, které popisuje činnost Dětřicha v úřadu biskupa, postihuje jeho cesty do zahraničí a klade důraz na spolupráci s českým králem Václavem II. Druhá část je zaměřena na dvůr olomouckého biskupa Dětřicha. Hlavním cílem bylo postižení skladby a fungování dvora. Podává obecný úvod do problematiky dvorů církevních i světských osob. Řeší následující otázky: jaké úřady a úředníci se vyskytují u dvora biskupa Dětřicha, jejich kontinuitu se dvorem jeho předchůdce biskupa Bruna a kdo z těchto osob byl součástí dvora a kdo nikoli.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is concerned with the life of bishop Detrich of Olomouc, who took over the office from Bruno of Schaumburg in the year 1281. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part examines the life of Detrich prior to the investiture. It also deals with the issue of the election of Detrich as the head of the diocese of Olomouc in the period of interregnum. Following on this is the depiction of the episcopate describing the actions of Detrich in the office of a bishop. Further, it discusses his travels abroad and finally, it stresses the cooperation with the Czech king Wenceslas II. The second part focuses on the court of the bishop of Olomouc. The main goal here is to capture the structure and functioning of the court. This part provides the reader with a general introduction to the theme of church and secular courts. It addresses the following questions: what offices and types of clerks occur at the court of Detrich, their continuity with the court of his predecessor bishop Bruno and which of these personages formed a part of the court and those who did not.
