Abstract:

Téma mé bakalářské práce je "Modifikace jízdy na koni typu military na paradrezuru u klientů po CMP". Je o klientce, která kvůli postižení CMP (centrální mozkovou příhodou) musela změtit typ svého ježdění na koni. Z military, které jezdila před onemocněním se přeorientovala na paradrezuru. V obecné části stručně seznamuji čtenáře s celkovou charakteristikou diagnózy. Ve speciální části popisuji jak military (sport, který dělala klientka před onemocněním), tak i paradrezuru (sport, který dělala a dělá nyní po onemocnění). V hlavní části uvádím kazuistiku klientky, vstupní a výstupní vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is 'Switching from Eventing to Para Dressage in Case of Clients Suffering from stroke'. The client whose case I would like to detail had suffered a stroke and, consequently, had to change her approach to horse riding and switch from her original sport, eventing, to para dressage. In the general section, I briefly describe the overall characteristics of the diagnosis. In the special section, I deal with the eventing (i.e., the sport that the client used to do before the illness) and with the para dressage (i.e., the sport she has been doing since then). In the main section, I discuss the client's casuistics, initial and final examination, as well as her short-term and long-term ergotherapy plan.
