Určování celní hodnoty při dovozu zboží

Determination of custom values of imported goods
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na určování celní hodnoty dováženého zboží propouštěného do volného oběhu na celním území Společenství. Zabývá se otázkami vztahujícími se k problémům textilních výrobků a obuvi dovážených z východo-asijských zemí do členských zemí EU za nereálné nebo podhodnocené ceny.
Abstract:
This work deals with the determination of customs value of imported goods which are released for free circulation to the customs territory of the Community. This work is focused questions related to problems of importation of textile products and footwear under unreal or undervaluated prices, imported from southeastern Asian countries to EU member state.
