Tato práce zkoumá vztah hospodářské krize a právní úpravy hospodářské soutěže. This thesis deals with the issue of competition regulation in context of the recent economic crisis. After the preliminary remarks defining basic terms and epistemological ground the thesis is divided into several main chapters.
