Firmy v České republice se potýkají s problémem nedostatku technicky vzdělaných pracovníků. Firmy chtějí situaci řešit zaměstnáváním více absolventů. Cílem práce je identifikovat, jaké faktory ovlivňují studenty vybraných středních technických škol při výběru svého zaměstnání. Companies in the Czech Republic are contending with the shortage of technically educated workers. Companies want to solve the situation by employing more graduates. The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors that influence the students of the selected technical secondary schools in their career choice.
